It is also used as the power supply for non partial discharge test of various test objects. ● It is mainly used for large capacity test articles, and its economy is better than that of power frequency transformer. ● Frequency modulation resonance device is used for field AC withstand voltage test of various large power transformers, power cables, steam turbines, hydro generators and other capacitive equipment. Test purpose |
● It is used to test the insulation strength of various electrical products, electrical components and insulating materials under the specified voltage, assess the insulation level of the products, find the insulation defects of the tested products, and measure the overvoltage capacity. ● The purpose of partial discharge test is to find defects in equipment structure and manufacturing process. For example, the local electric field intensity inside the insulation is too high; Metal parts have sharp corners; The insulation is mixed with impurities or partially defective, and the electrical connection between metal grounding parts and conductors in the product is poor, so as to eliminate these defects and prevent damage to the insulation caused by partial discharge. |
