Purpose & brief description |
● It is mainly used for induction withstand voltage test of voltage transformer, transformer and other test objects. ● The triple frequency SBF adopts a three core five column structure. The working magnetic flux density of the iron core is selected above the saturated magnetic density, so that the vector sum of the fundamental potential (positive sequence vector) in the secondary winding with the opening connected into a triangle is 0, and the 150Hz third harmonic (zero sequence) in phase shall be generated at both ends of the opening. ● The primary side of three single-phase transformers is connected into a star, and the secondary side is connected into an open triangle. When a symmetrical three-phase sine wave power supply is added to the primary side, the voltage is increased to saturate the core magnetic circuit, so that the third harmonic component contained in the magnetic flux in the iron core is increased, and the third harmonic voltage induced on the iron core coil is also increased. ● The 150Hz (tripled frequency) induced voltage output from the secondary side of the generator of the open triangle is used as the tripled frequency test power supply voltage. ● When the triple frequency generator is loaded, its current changes from inductive to capacitive. Due to the influence of low power factor, the efficiency of the generator is low, generally only about 20%. Test purpose |
● Conduct induced voltage withstand test for longitudinal insulation of transformer and voltage transformer. ● According to the national test standard, the induction test voltage of power transformer and voltage transformer is approximately 2-3 times the maximum working phase voltage. As we all know, the iron core of the transformer is nearly saturated under the rated frequency and rated voltage. If the test voltage greater than the rated voltage is applied at both ends of the winding of the tested transformer with power frequency power supply, the no-load excitation current will increase sharply to an impermissible degree. It can be seen from the relationship of induced potential that in order to apply the test voltage greater than the rated voltage, Without saturating the iron core, the method of increasing the power frequency can be adopted, and a power generator greater than frequency doubling must be used |
