Purpose & brief description |
● Loop resistance value is a parameter to indicate whether the connection of conductive loop is good, and the value within a certain range is specified for all types of products. If the circuit resistance exceeds the specified value, it is likely that a connection of the conductive circuit has poor contact. During high current operation, the local temperature rise at the poor contact will increase, and even cause a vicious cycle to cause oxidation and burning loss in serious cases. Pay more attention to the circuit breaker used for high current operation. For loop resistance measurement, the bridge method is not allowed, but the DC voltage drop method specified in gb763 must be used. ● Application: power product manufacturing companies, power operation departments, scientific research institutions and colleges and universities. ● Application products: circuit breaker, switch, etc. |
Test purpose |
● According to the requirements of preventive test code for power equipment DL / T 596-1996, the test current of conductive circuit resistance test of various switchgear shall not be less than 100A. The contact resistance increases due to oxidation of the contact surface and poor contact fastening. When a large current flows, the temperature of the contact point increases, which accelerates the oxidation of the contact surface and further increases the contact resistance. If it continues, serious accidents will occur. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the contact resistance often or regularly. ● The resistance of the conductive circuit of the high voltage circuit breaker mainly depends on the contact resistance between the moving and static contacts of the circuit breaker. The existence of contact resistance increases the loss of conductor when energized and increases the temperature at the contact. Its value directly affects the current carrying capacity during normal operation and the cutting capacity of short-circuit current to a certain extent. Therefore, the resistance value of each phase conductive circuit of the circuit breaker is an important data for the installation, maintenance and quality acceptance of the circuit breaker. |
