● ZPD-903 multifunctional partial discharge inspection instrument is mainly applicable to the live partial discharge test of primary equipment such as transformer, generator, motor, GIS, high-voltage switchgear and high-voltage cable. It is qualitative and quantitative, finds and locates the discharge point. It has simple operation and strong anti-interference ability. It is a powerful weapon for condition based maintenance; ● The system is equipped with composite TEV sensor, UHF sensor, high-frequency current transformer and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensor to collect the internal partial discharge signal of high-voltage equipment; The system uses multi-level detection and frequency reduction technology to reduce the frequency of discharge signal, and uses high-speed AD conversion circuit to complete the digitization of signal, and ensures the reliability of detection data through interference signal processing methods such as digital signal processing and adaptive filtering; By collecting different signals generated by partial discharge in different high-voltage equipment, the running state of the equipment can be detected quickly; The instrument can be installed and tested under the operation state of the equipment, which has no impact on the normal operation of the equipment. ● The purpose of partial discharge test is to find defects in equipment structure and manufacturing process; For example, the local electric field intensity inside the insulation is too high; Metal parts have sharp corners; The insulation is mixed with impurities or partially defective, and the electrical connection between metal grounding parts and conductors in the product is poor, so as to eliminate these defects and prevent partial discharge from damaging the insulation; ● Partial discharge refers to the non penetrating discharge between the electrodes of the insulating medium in the high-voltage apparatus under the action of high electric field intensity; Therefore, the function of local discharge test can detect the potential insulation hazards of power equipment; |
