The customer produces 35kV and below switch cabinets. The size of the shielded room is slightly larger, with the internal size of 9m * 5m * 4m high; In the later stage, the customer chose the assembly line to transport products into and out of the shielding room for partial discharge test, so the floor of the shielding room was poured with concrete to facilitate the later fixation of the assembly line pillars.
The advantages and disadvantages of concrete pouring in the shielding room are also discussed with you today:
advantage:
The trunking can be embedded. All wires of the partial discharge equipment are routed from the underground trunking. The wires can not be seen on the ground of the shielding room, which is neat and beautiful;
Good ground flatness and strong bearing capacity;
Disadvantages:
1. After pouring with concrete, the inside of the shield is more than ten centimeters higher than the outside, and the product is not convenient to enter and exit. If the assembly line is used, this problem can be ignored;
2. If we want to achieve the same height inside and outside the shielding room, we need to do infrastructure excavation at the location of the shielding room, and the cost is high.
